Senior IT Operations Analyst - Global Manufacturing

Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues effectively.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
Ensure IT security protocols are followed and assist with troubleshooting security-related issues.
Document technical processes and provide user training as required.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Basic knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft 365, and user management, Networking and infrastructure, ERP systems (any platform)
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
