Payroll Specialist

As Payroll Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations while contributing to continuous improvements across processes and systems.

Your responsibilities include:

Managing payroll activities from A to Z for a diverse employee population. Ensuring accurate processing of payroll inputs, salary calculations and statutory obligations. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience within a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and social law.
• Experience with payroll software and digital HR tools.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good command of English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
