Junior supply chain manager

As Supply Chain Manager Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process within Just Russel. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to guarantee operational continuity, optimise costs, and safeguard quality. You play a key role in building a robust and scalable supply chain, from strategic procurement to operational (fulfillment)logistics.

Supply Chain Management

• End-to-end management of the supply chain: planning, sourcing, production coordination, logistics, and distribution

• Optimise inventory management and stock levels to maximise service levels and minimise costs

• Set up and monitor supply chain KPIs (lead time, fill rate, on-time delivery, etc.)

• Proactively identify and address risks in the supply chain

• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align demand forecasts and planning
