HR Business Partner

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within your assigned business scope Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on key HR topics such as recruitment, organizational design, performance management, absenteeism, compensation, and change management Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives Translate business needs into pragmatic and effective HR solutions, while setting clear priorities Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Oversee payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity (including back-up support when needed)

• Minimum of 6 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comprehensive generalist HR role
• Fluent in Dutch, with a very strong command of French and English
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
• Strong customer focus and a proactive approach
