Freelance Asset Manager - Dutch and French speaking

1. Asset & Commercial Management

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels Proactively manage vacancy reduction through active leasing strategies Conduct and lead lease negotiations with prospective tenants within pre-approved parameters Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and returns

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Manage and closely collaborate with external real estate agents (brokers)Provide clear leasing strategy direction Follow up on commercial activities and pipeline

Oversee and coordinate property managers responsible for technical operationsEnsure proper maintenance standards and cost control Align technical management with asset strategy

3. Operational & Site-Based Activities

• Regular on-site presence to:Visit properties and assess conditions
• Meet tenants and local stakeholders

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience in asset management, property management, or real estate advisory
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in leasing and negotiation
• Solid understanding of technical building management and property operations
• Experience managing external stakeholders (brokers, property managers, tenants)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to operate independently in a flexible, multi-site environment
