1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ikzoek.immo, jecherche.immo or ikzoek.jobs, you fully accept these Terms of Service. The platform is operated by GoTrust BV, a Belgian company.
2. Services
ikzoek.immo / jecherche.immo — Belgian real estate platform. Searching is free. Publishing listings requires a paid subscription.
ikzoek.jobs — Belgian job platform. Searching and applying is free. Posting vacancies requires a paid subscription.
3. Subscriptions and pricing
Subscriptions are billed per organization. All prices are exclusive of Belgian VAT (21%).

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No refund for remaining months of an annual subscription.
4. AI credits
Included credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Additional purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in case of a verified technical error by GoTrust BV.
5. Listing content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings. Real estate listings must comply with all Belgian legal requirements (EPC, cadastral income, flood risk, etc.).
6. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution via legal@ikzoek.immo. The courts of the judicial district of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction.
