Workshop Manager

As part of a team expansion, e are seeking a Workshop Manager capable of overseeing the day-to-day operations of a workshop specializing in the manufacture of high-end metal components.

You will work in an environment where precision, craftsmanship, and collaboration are essential. Your role involves ensuring smooth operations, controlled production, and rigorous monitoring of activities, while supporting the artisans in their daily work.

Thanks to your organizational skills and technical expertise, you will actively contribute to the quality of the finished products and the smooth operation of the workshop.

Operational supervision of the workshop and support for the team

Organization and monitoring of production with strict adherence to deadlines

Quality control of finished parts

Technical support for artisans as needed

Continuous improvement of methods, workflows, and working conditions

Internal coordination with operations-related teams

Sharing of expertise and mentoring of new employees

Proven experience in a workshop, artisanal production, or technical environment

Strong proficiency in metalworking or a precision trade

A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team

Flexibility, a sense of priorities, and a sense of responsibility

Excellent command of French; knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus

Proficient with MS Office and internal tracking tools
