By joining us as a Training & Knowledge Specialist, you will coordinate and improve training and learning initiatives across the organisation, while supporting the creation and management of relevant documentation and knowledge resources. As a Training & Knowledge Specialist you will:

• Assess training needs and develop relevant learning materials and sessions.

• Coordinate Consortium-wide training programmes, including ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and AI Literacy.

• Plan and facilitate training activities and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

• Track training participation, completion and maintain accurate training records.

• Coordinate with employers and training providers to address training needs.

• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training programmes.
