For a modern logistics company, we are looking for a Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team while contributing daily to the smooth operation of all logistics activities.

Your Role: The Driving Force Behind the TeamAs a Team Leader, you are the first point of contact for a team of warehouse operators. You ensure that all processes, from receiving goods to shipping orders, are carried out safely, efficiently, and accurately. You motivate your team, provide guidance when needed, and maintain a clear overview of daily operations.

• Your Responsibilities:Leading, coaching, and supporting the logistics team on the warehouse floor
• Coordinating daily warehouse activities and resolving operational challenges
• Monitoring planning, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborating with other departments and proactively contributing solutions
• Rolling up your sleeves and assisting with operational tasks when required

• You have leadership experience and know how to motivate people in a positive and constructive way.
• You have strong communication skills and are flexible.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have experience leading a team and hold a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system or on a fixed night shift.
