Our client is a leading player in the logistics sector and is looking for a Team Leader for their site in Evergem.

As a Team Leader, you are the right-hand person of the Supervisor and lead a team of approximately 12 warehouse operators. You ensure that all rules and procedures related to cleanliness, safety, and quality are followed, and that the warehouse is always maintained to the highest standards.

You work closely alongside your team on the warehouse equipment and are primarily responsible for operational leadership and guidance. You collaborate closely with the Supervisor, who is your direct manager.

What does our ideal Team Leader look like?

As a Team Leader, you are fluent in Dutch and have strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of French is considered an asset. Ideally, you have experience working in a logistics warehouse environment and have already held a supervisory or leadership role.

You are a team player who is accurate, independent, positive-minded, and driven to achieve results. You possess the necessary leadership skills to motivate and guide your team effectively, and you hold a valid forklift or reach truck certificate.
