Team Leader Production

As a Team Leader – Production, you play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You are responsible for coordinating the daily production activities while leading and supporting your team. By combining a people-oriented leadership style with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, you help achieve production targets and maintain the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate operators on the production line.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and continuously improve quality, safety, and workplace organisation.
• Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure the production line operates efficiently.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the correct use of materials.
• Work with production software and ERP systems, including Iris and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and prepare production reports.
• Communicate effectively in either Dutch or English with colleagues and stakeholders.

• You have strong leadership and coaching skills and know how to inspire a team.
• You communicate confidently, clearly, and with a positive attitude.
• You are comfortable working with computer systems and quickly adapt to new software.
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
