You will lead Field Service Engineers supporting our peeling equipment and help them deliver safe, dependable service. As their day-to-day support and first contact, you’ll set clear priorities and coordinate with planning and support teams to meet customer commitments. • Coach engineers, hold regular one-to-one conversations and give clear feedback on performance and development.

• Lead onboarding and mentoring, identify training needs and build the skills and cover the team needs.
