Talent Acquisition Partner with HRBP exposure

Your mission: To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with HRBP exposure to help us build high-performing, impact-driven teams. In this role, you will own and drive hiring for commercial and marketing functions, primarily for Immoweb.. In addition, you will act as a trusted partner to the business on selected people's topics beyond hiring. Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed, while contributing to broader people strategy and supporting leaders in building strong, scalable teams.

• Key responsibilities:
• Own hiring end-to-end

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer

• Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles

• Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality

Build and manage talent pipelines

• Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, target companies, key profiles)
