Site supervisor infrastructure

The central estimating team provides support to various business areas, including infrastructure projects, distribution, electromechanical systems, and industrial operations.

As a site supervisor, you are the central figure on site and are responsible for the daily management. No two days are the same, and you ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely.

What you do:

• You prepare the site and organize everything needed for smooth project execution.
• You plan the work and personnel, and report on project progress.
• You supervise multiple teams in coordination with the foreman.
• You manage all administrative aspects of the site, from permits to the as-built documentation.
• You participate in site meetings and act as the primary point of contact for questions and on-site decisions.
• You continuously monitor and enforce safety and quality regulations on site.

Education and Experience

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or electromechanics, or are an industrial engineer in civil engineering/electromechanics.
Experience as a site manager is a plus.
Experience in contractor activities is an advantage, for example with government projects, piping systems, cables, or Standard Specification 250.
You are proficient with computers and familiar with MS Office, MS Project, etc.
You have excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English.
