What does a Site Manager do?

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are organized and carried out efficiently
• Lead and support both internal teams and subcontractors on-site
• Keep a close watch on timelines, safety standards, quality, and overall progress
• Arrange and track materials in a timely manner while staying within budget
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to deliver successful outcomes
• Step in on-site whenever needed with a hands-on approach

Profile of a Strong Site Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience in a similar role (site manager, construction coordinator, foreman, etc.) is a plus
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of Dutch
• Strong technical and spatial insight, combined with solid planning skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid category B driving licence and flexibility to travel
