- Lead the end-to-end delivery of design and construction projects
- Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, and funding requests
- Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Manage procurement processes for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, reporting, and governance processes
- Lead change management activities and manage project modifications
- Conduct contractor evaluations, tender reviews, and award recommendations
Profiel
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, real estate, or a related environment
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
