(Senior) Manager Logistics Consulting – Life Science

About the role

As a (Senior) Manager, you help clients improve the way they design, organize and run their supply chains, with a clear focus on logistics. You bring clarity to complex problems, guide teams through change, and make sure transformation projects move forward in a structured and aligned way. You’re also able to manage and grow existing commercial engagements in life science companies. In this role you will:

• Lead logistics transformation projects or defined project streams, from strategy to implementation.

• Shape and coordinate the project plan, approach, and team setup for the defined project/program scope

• Design and redesign logistics processes, systems, tools, and ways of working, grounded in a strong understanding of the client’s business and operational context.

• In close co-creation with the client, prepare and facilitate workshops to identify needs, challenges, and operating model changes across logistics and the broader supply chain.
