Experience & Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. More than 7 years of experience as HR Business Partner within an international and fast-paced environment. Proven experience supporting both managers and employees across a broad range of HR topics. Strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change. Good understanding of European employment legislation; experience across multiple countries is an asset.
