Senior Customs & Trade Specialist EMEA - MedTech

Our client is a leading international healthcare and MedTech company providing a broad portfolio of medical products, therapies, and technologies used in hospitals and clinical settings.

Provide day-to-day support to EMEA import/export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions
Manage tariff classification, customs valuation, shipping points, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) processes
Support customs authorizations and special regimes (e.g., AEO, duty relief programs)
Contribute to trade compliance projects aimed at cost optimization and process efficiency
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of trade compliance processes and internal controls across the region

3+ years of experience in international trade compliance within a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations (classification, receiving locations, valuation, FTAs)
Proven experience managing audits and working with customs authorities and external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment (fluency in English and French required)
French & English mandatory.
