Senior Contract Management Specialist

• Position Overview:

The Senior Contract Management Specialist (SnrCMS) is responsible for ensuring the timely and appropriate execution of Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs), associated Budgets, and vendor agreements in their country(ies) / region of responsibility. The SnrCMS functions as a senior person within the organisation, being the SME for global topics and driving excellence, improvement projects and the development of functional tools and being a example to less experienced colleagues. Highlighted Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the timely preparation and execution of CDAs, CSAs and budgets and related vendor agreements and point person for their country / region for legal, finance, Site Management and CPD.

• The SnrCMS will be responsible and/or have oversight for more than one country and/or a Small Business Unit (SBU)
