Senior Communication Manager - Retail sector

The Senior Communication Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing the communication strategy in the Belgian & Luxembourg markets. The role ensures coordination of national and local campaigns, management of external partners, and support for the stores network.

Communication Strategy and Management

Develop and monitor the annual communication plan. Define communication priorities for the Belgian and Luxembourg markets. Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance. Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and help adapt commercial offers to the specific needs of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Business School. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in 360 communication and in managing media, digital, and local campaigns (retail experience is an advantage). Strong budget management and agency management skills. Excellent analytical, coordination, and project management abilities. Highly autonomous, strong sense of priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (franchisees, agencies, suppliers, management). Fluency in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
