You enjoy building close relationships with clients and proactively identifying new opportunities that help them grow through innovative initiatives and continuous improvements. As a transversal team leader, you ensure the capacity and availability of the teams. Your strong people management, presales, leadership, and communication skills enable you to anticipate challenges before they arise. You ensure that all activities are well organized, aligned with agreed timelines, and delivered according to scope and expectations.
