Sales Business Analyst

Our client is active in the retail sector.

As a Sales Business Analyst, you are the analytical and administrative backbone of the sales team. You work closely with the Sales Manager, the field sales team, and the call center to ensure that data, pricing, customer structures, and quotations are always accurate and up to date.Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare customer-focused reports (sales volumes and revenue in €)
• Conduct pricing analyses and monitor margins by customer and product category
• Analyze promotional campaigns, including their impact on volumes, margins, and customer behavior
• Investigate and reconcile returnable packaging balances
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making

Master Data & ERP

• Maintain and monitor pricing, products, and assortments within the ERP system
• Ensure the setup and quality of customer structures
• Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commercial Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent Initial relevant experience (internship or professional experience) is an asset but not required Affinity with the food, fresh produce, or FMCG sector is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and macros
• Comfortable working with large datasets and ERP systems
• Knowledge of CRM systems or the ability to learn them quickly
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query is an added advantage
• Active interest in AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
