Retail Manager - Beauty Sector

The client is a beauty retailer which operates more ta lot of countries.

It offers an extensive portfolio of brands and driven by innovation and customer engagement.

They are looking for a Retail Manager to manage the store network.

The Retail Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets. In-depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses. Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share. Daily field presence with regular store visits, on-the-ground support, and team development. Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check-ins, and upskilling of teams. • Similar previous experience managing a store network
• Retail experience and genuine interest in the beauty universe.
• A challenger mindset with a passion for people, collaboration, and team development.
• Strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguity and understand business challenges.
• Open personality, dynamic, proactive, analytical and action-oriented.
• French fluency required with a good level of Dutch.
