Role Overview The Research Lead is responsible for delivering high-quality market intelligence, advanced data analytics, and strategic insights to support business development and client advisory across Colliers Belgium. The role is evolving towards a data-driven and AI-enabled function, leveraging advanced analytics, automation and Power BI to enhance insight generation, improve efficiency, and scale impact across the business. Based in Brussels, the Research Lead acts as the central point of contact for all research-related activities, ensuring alignment with the wider EMEA research network and driving the adoption of innovative data and AI tools within the organisation. • Lead the analysis of the Belgian commercial real estate market (Office, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Markets, etc.)
