Quantity Surveyor - Farciennes

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial success of the project. Working closely with the Project Management team, you will ensure costs are controlled, opportunities are maximized and commercial risks are proactively managed. You will:

• Drive project cost control from start to finish.

• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor project performance.

• Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final settlements.

• Analyse contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders.

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.

• Support claims management and contractual discussions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on one of Belgium's most advanced construction projects.
