Production Team Leader – 3 Shifts

• FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING
• Lead and supervise a team of production operators.
• Organize and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Support and motivate employees on the production floor.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate solutions.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Report production results and issues to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers between teams.

• PROFIEL
• Experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Quality and safety minded.
• Willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing is an advantage.
