Production Operator – Food Industry (2 Shifts)

For a company committed to producing fresh, organic food, we are looking for an experienced Production Operator. The company manufactures high-quality products using carefully selected organic ingredients, with a strong focus on the health of both people and the environment.

You prepare the necessary materials (fruit, packaging, and other supplies) before production starts

You set up and operate the production machines, adjusting the parameters when needed

You take product samples for laboratory analysis

You perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are met

You maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with hygiene and safety standards

You are looking for a stable position in the food industry

You live in the Waregem area or can easily commute there

You speak fluent Dutch, French, or English

You have previous experience as a production operator

You are motivated, reliable, and quality-conscious

Van € 18 tot € 19 per uur
