PRODUCTION OPERATOR 2 SHIFTS OR FIXED NIGHT

Our client, a leading manufacturer of roof and wall profiles, is looking for motivated Production Operators. Experience as an operator is a plus, but not essential. Through a practical assessment, we'll identify the role that best matches your skills.

Your responsibilities:

Operate and set up production machines.

Monitor the production process.

Perform quality checks on finished products.

Resolve minor machine issues or report them when needed.

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

You have strong technical insight and logical thinking skills.

You work accurately and have an eye for quality.

You're motivated to learn a technical profession.

You have an excellent command of Dutch or English.

You're willing to complete a practical assessment to showcase your abilities.

You're available to work in a 2-shift system or a fixed night shift.

You'll join a stable and growing company that invests in its people. We offer thorough training, a competitive salary, shift allowances, attractive benefits and real opportunities for long-term growth in a modern production environment.
