Product Owner (M/F/H)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program. You will play a key role in developing digital, data-driven and decision-support solutions that support grid planning, scenario management, grid studies and long-term investment decisions. Working at the intersection of business, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams. What you will do:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities

• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog

• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teams

• Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities

• Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies
