Pricing & Tender Coordinator DACH

Our client is an international company active in medical supplies and accessories.

They are looking for a temporary (but with probability of becoming permanent) Tender & Pricing Coordinator who is fluent in German and English.

As a Pricing & Tender Coordinator DACH you will have two main pillars:1) Pricing

• You analyse pricing strategies and habits in your markets and develop the company's pricing structure
• You make sure prices get approved and implemented
• You communicate new price quotations to your customers
• You are responsible for implementing your pricing in SAP
• You update price catalogues
• 2) Tender & Sales Support

• You manage tender processes from A to Z (preparation, analyses, contracts, pitches, ...)
• You communicate important contract changes
• You monitor the tender renewals
• You analyze clients complaints regarding contracting and pricing

A successful Pricing & Tender Coordinator DACH should have:

• Experience in tender, pricing and customer service or administrative roles
• Knowledge of pricing and tender processes
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents
• Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and SAP
• Fluency in English and German
• Ideally your are immediately available
