Performance content manager

Responsible for driving growth through high-performing content across all acquisition and retention channels. The Performance Content Lead works closely with growth, paid media, CRO, and country teams to translate performance strategy into scalable, conversion-driven content execution. This is a hands-on leading role combining project management, content excellence, and performance ownership, ensuring content directly contributes to acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.

Performance Content Strategy:

• Translate growth and performance objectives into a clear performance content roadmap (in parallel with social paid manager)

• Define content priorities based on funnel impact (acquisition, activation, retention)

• Ensure content strategy aligns with paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Project Management & Execution:

• Own end-to-end performance content projects (ads, landing pages, email, CRM, UGC)
