Payroll Specialist

Our customer is an international company active in the healthcare industry (medical devices) having its European headquarters based in Zaventem.

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you are responsible for the full, accurate and timely management of the company's payroll administration for all employees, in full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. You play a central role in optimising payroll processes, with a strong affinity for Compensation & Benefits, and actively contribute to broader HR projects.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience

- You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in payroll management. Any additional experience with the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands payroll systems is considered an asset.

- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation

- You are fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), knowledge of French is an asset.
