Operational Excellence Manager

As ScioTeq continues to grow internationally, we are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to strengthen our operations organization. In this brand-new role at our headquarters in Belgium (Kortrijk), you will become the driving force behind operational performance improvement across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, KPI management and strategic operational projects, ensuring that ScioTeq is ready to scale efficiently and successfully support future growth. Reporting to the VP Operations, this role serves as the central catalyst for embedding a culture of operational discipline and performance excellence.
