How do you help make a difference?As a Medior Quality Analyst ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations, you contribute to the quality, reliability and release readiness of systems and services within RTO (Real Time Operations) by supporting and executing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects. You help ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines, with a scope covering functional testing, SQL database testing, API testing, test automation, quality governance, reporting and telephony/contact center testing including Genesys Cloud.
