• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• more than 4 years of experience as an engineer.
• familiarity with standardization of mechanical parts.
• experience with high-power RF components is an asset.
• experience in systems engineering is an additional asset.
• familiarity with 3D CAD software (Creo, Ansys).
• experience writing technical documentation.
• fluent spoken and written English.
• self-managing team player with attention to detail and a structured work approach.
