Prospect and identify new business opportunities using available sales tools and market intelligence. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients within your assigned territory. Work closely with the commercial team to execute business development strategies and support customer acquisition initiatives. • BS degree in biology or life sciences related fields, or equivalent level of experience.
• Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or customer support associate.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and proficiency with MS suite incl. Excel.
• In-depth understanding and track record of best-in-class customer services.
