Lead Product Manager

Lead Product Manager Context & Impact: Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we need a Lead Product Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of a product domain. You'll own strategy and delivery, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sure the right things get built in the right order.

Over the next six to twelve months, success means your domain has a clear, defensible roadmap, strong stakeholder alignment, and consistent delivery — with more shipped with confidence.

• Ruthless prioritisation under pressure. Priorities shift and stakeholders push. Your job is to cut through the noise, make the call, and bring people along without losing momentum.

• Cross-functional orchestration without formal authority. You'll be the connective tissue between Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing. Getting alignment when timelines are tight or requirements are fuzzy requires both rigour and relationship.
