Lader / Overhead Crane Operator – Evergem

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
You operate the overhead crane to safely and efficiently move steel products and materials within the production and warehouse areas of the steel service company. You contribute to a smooth flow of goods and work in accordance with the company’s safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading materials using the overhead crane

Moving heavy loads within the factory

Inspecting loads, lifting slings, and equipment

Working in compliance with safety procedures

• PROFILE
• Limited experience is acceptable (training can be provided)

English required (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)

No recent period of unemployment

Safety-conscious and motivated

Willing to work in an industrial environment

• OFFER
• Employment in a two-shift system (with the possibility of a permanent contract)

€16.55 per hour + 10% shift allowance

After 6 months: meal vouchers worth €5.58 per worked day
