KYC Casemanager (Medior)

In this role, you will ensure that all legal and regulatory AML/KYC requirements are properly met while maintaining direct contact with clients. Your responsibilities:

• Review existing client files and identify missing information.

• Research and validate information through internal systems and public sources.

• Contact clients to obtain required documents and information.

• Follow up on cases and ensure deadlines are met.

• Verify the accuracy and compliance of received documentation.

• Determine ownership structures and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Correctly register, document, and archive case information.

• In time, contribute to the integrated processing of UBO and KYC files.
