Junior Procurement Officer (M/F/X)

As a Junior Procurement Officer, you support the Procurement Manager in ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services required for the operation.

· Maintain and update procurement-related data

· Support the sourcing and procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and procedures.

· Prepare, process, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accurate follow-up

· Contribute to supplier management activities and maintain professional relationships with existing vendors.

· Assist in resolving delivery issues, invoice discrepancies, and other procurement-related matters.

· Support supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or equivalent through experience.

· A first professional experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or supply chain is considered an asset.

· Experience within the food industry, catering, hospitality, or FMCG environment is an advantage.

· Experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered a plus.

· Stress-resistant, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work accurately under tight deadlines.

· A professional environment where quality and safety are of utmost importance.

· International working environment at the airport.

· A full-time contract, including a 13th-month salary, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, full reimbursement of public transport costs (100%), and group insurance.
