Junior Industrial Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Industrial Engineer to join Antwerp Cut in the heart of Antwerp's diamond district. In this role, you will optimize our high-tech measurement sytems, drive automation and lead innovation projects for the world 's rarest diamonds.

Your Profile • Education: Master or Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (Electromechanics, Automation, or similar). • Experience: Junior graduates or up to 2 years of experience in a high-tech production environment. • Technical Skills: Strong interest in precision technology, automation, optics, or laser systems. • Mindset: Analytical, hands-on, and eager to take responsibility in a fast-growing company. • Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
