About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an ideal entry-level position for a recent university graduate looking to kickstart their career in accounting. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by managing daily cash reconciliations, handling credit card expenses, and maintaining a high volume of accounts payable transactions.

What you will be doing:

• High-Volume Accounts Payable: Accurately enter and process a minimum of 60 A/P invoices per day into our accounting system.

• Cash Reconciliations: Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure all bank statements match internal ledgers.

• Credit Card Management: Track, verify, and reconcile corporate credit card expenses and receipts.
