For our client in Avelgem, we are looking for motivated Production Operators to help manufacture high-quality safety boots used in industries such as agriculture, food production, construction, and fishing.

Location work: Kluisbergen

Schedule: 2-shift system

Language: English or Dutch

• Your ResponsibilitiesAssemble components onto moulds before production
• Operate production machines together with a colleague
• Remove finished boots from the machine
• Clean and prepare machines for the next production cycle
• Trim and finish products by removing excess material
• Carry out detailed quality inspections
• Ensure every product meets the required quality standards

• Your Profile

• Experience in a production environment is an advantage
• You are willing to learn and develop new skills
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail
• Quality is your top priority
• You enjoy working closely with colleagues and supporting the team
• You have your own transportation
• You speak English or Dutch and English (you are able to follow training and work instructions in English)
• Working EnvironmentModern manufacturing environment
• Standing work throughout most of the shift
• Team-oriented workplace with colleagues from different nationalities (Polish, Ukrainian, Hungarian etc)
• Production targets are important, but quality always comes first
• Product inspection and quality control are a key part of the job
