As an integral part of the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium. Your responsibilities will include: • Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening. • Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries. • Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company. • Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
