FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

As an Injection Molding Operator, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

Your tasks:

• Set up and adjust molds based on technical plans using a crane
• Install molds on injection molding machines and configure parameters
• Supply the correct materials to keep production running smoothly
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and support problem-solving

• You are an experienced Injection Molding Operator with a hands-on and proactive mindset.

• Proven experience in injection molding (plastics) is required (+3 years)
• Experience as a technical or production operator
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical insight
