Human Resources Generalist

The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for delivering high‑quality support across the full employee lifecycle. This hands-on role combines both Soft and HR tasks; examples include but not limited to recruitment, health and safety compliance, administrative processes, HR paperwork, employee onboarding/offboarding etc. The Senior HR advisor will report into the HR manager and act as a trusted backup when the HR manager is out of office. The team consists of an HR manager, an HR officer and a junior HR officer. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Recruitment & Selection

• Partake in recruitment activities. From drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, creating contracts and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
