HR Offer Specialist

The Group Offer team is a critical component of our corporate office and collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition teams across the Eurofins network, working on internal and external offers, transfers, and promotions for Eurofins key employees and leaders and Group Service Centre (GSC) employees. The Group Offer team also works closely with colleagues from the payroll, compensation and benefits, tax, and legal departments. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

• Spearheading the management and coordination of internal offer validation, contract drafting, document management, and other HR-related topics for GSC employees located outside of Brussels and international key employees and leaders of Eurofins companies;

• Overseeing the preparation of Belgian employment offers, contracts, compensation and benefit packages, and ensuring internal validation for these offers (including drafting of net simulations in collaboration with our tax payroll department);
