HR Business Partner with Talent Acquisition exposure

About the role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with hands-on Talent Acquisition experience to join our team at Immoweb.

In this role, you will be the go-to people partner for our commercial and marketing teams — supporting managers on all people-related topics including performance, development, retention, onboarding, and organizational development. Alongside this, you will own the hiring for these functions end-to-end, managing approximately 5-8 hires per year.

Your mission is to be a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them build strong, scalable teams and navigate people challenges, while ensuring we bring in the right talent when hiring needs arise. What you will do
