Head of Managed Services

Are you an experienced Managed Services leader who combines operational excellence with commercial drive, strong people leadership, and a clear sense of ownership? We are looking for a Head of Managed Services to lead and further develop a key service line within Digital Platform Services in Belgium. This is a role for someone who does not stop at defining direction: you take ownership, translate strategy into concrete tactical initiatives, and drive those initiatives through to implementation and measurable results. You will take end-to-end responsibility for the operational stability, financial performance, service delivery, human resources (50FTE), compliance, capability development, and drive the continued evolution and transformation of our Managed Services offering.
